This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the cancellation of services provided by RDM Agency. By engaging in our services, you agree to abide by the following terms.

  • 1. General Cancellation Terms

    • All services provided by RDM Agency operate on a contract-based recurring agreement and may only be canceled under the conditions outlined in this policy.
    • Due to the nature of digital marketing, SEO, and advertising services, all payments made are non-refundable.
    • Cancellation of services does not exempt the client from any outstanding balance owed under the agreement.
    • If a client fails to provide the necessary information or access to required platforms, RDM Agency will not be held responsible for any delays or lack of results, and the payment obligation remains in effect.
  • 2. Cancellation Notice Requirement

    • Clients must submit a written cancellation request via email to [Insert Email] at least 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle.
    • The cancellation request must include:

                      1. Business Name 

                      2. Contact Information

                      3. Reason for Cancellation

                      4. Desired Last Date of Service (must align with the notice period requirement)

    • If a cancellation request is received less than 30 days before the next billing cycle, the client will be charged for the next cycle before cancellation is processed.
  • 3. Contractual Commitment & Early Termination Fees

    • Clients who enter into a fixed-term contract (e.g., 6-month, 12-month agreements) are financially obligated to fulfill the full term of the contract.
    • If a client chooses to terminate the contract early, they will be responsible for paying an early termination fee equivalent to the remainder of the contracted term.
    • Any outstanding invoices or balances due must be paid in full prior to cancellation approval.
    • Services that have already been rendered are non-reversible and non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
  • 4. Refund Policy

    • RDM Agency does not offer refunds for services rendered or past payments.
    • Refunds will only be considered in extremely rare cases, such as:

                       1.  A failure on RDM Agency’s part to deliver services as contractually agreed upon (excluding delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals).

                       2. Verified errors in billing due to system malfunctions.

    • If a refund is approved, it will not be processed until 120 days after the approval date.
  • 5. Service Suspension & Non-Payment Consequences

    • If a client fails to make a payment by the due date, RDM Agency reserves the right to suspend all services immediately until payment is made in full.
    • If payment remains outstanding for 15 days, the account may be permanently terminated, and RDM Agency reserves the right to pursue collection efforts for any outstanding balance.
    • Any service interruption or negative impact on a client’s business due to non-payment is not RDM Agency’s responsibility.
  • 6. Transition of Services & Data After Cancellation

    Once a cancellation request is processed and the final payment is made:

    • Client access to RDM Agency’s managed accounts, dashboards, ad platforms, and reporting tools will be revoked.
    • If applicable, the client may request a copy of their data, which will be provided within 14 business days, subject to data availability.
    • Any custom-built assets, automations, or configurations remain the property of RDM Agency unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service agreement.

  • 7. Dispute Resolution

    • If a dispute arises regarding cancellation or payments, both parties agree to resolve disputes through arbitration before pursuing legal action.
    • Clients who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may face legal action and additional fees.
  • 8. Amendments to This Policy

    • RDM Agency reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.
    • Clients will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance via email or account dashboard notifications.
