  • 1. General Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of digital marketing services, RDM does not offer refunds for services rendered. Marketing efforts involve a collaborative process and require time, resources, and expertise to produce results. Refunds will not be provided for the following:


    • Services already delivered or completed.
    • Partially completed projects.
    • Dissatisfaction with outcomes where services were performed in accordance with the agreed-upon scope of work.
  • 2. Refund Eligibility

    RDM may issue a refund under the following limited circumstances:


    • Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate payment is made by the client, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
    • Service Errors: If an error occurs due to RDM’s negligence that prevents the agreed-upon service from being delivered, we will assess the situation and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
    • Cancellations Before Work Begins: If a project is canceled by the client before any work has commenced, RDM may issue a partial refund minus any administrative fees incurred.
  • 3. Cancellation Policy

    Clients may cancel ongoing services with 30 days’ written notice as outlined in the service agreement. Refunds for pre-paid services will be handled as follows:


    • Monthly Retainer Services: No refunds will be issued for the current month once services have started. Future months of pre-paid retainers may be refunded upon cancellation, minus administrative and processing fees.
    • One-Time Projects: Refunds for canceled one-time projects will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
  • 4. Payment Disputes

    If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us immediately at info@restorationdomination.com or 678- Talk-2-Us. RDM will review the matter and provide a resolution within 10 business days.

  • 5. Requesting a Refund

    To request a refund, please follow these steps:


    1. Submit a Written Request: Send an email to info@restorationdomination.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

    • Your name and business name.
    • The reason for the refund request.
    • Relevant details, such as payment receipt or project details.

     2. Refund Review Process: RDM will review your request within 10 business days and determine whether it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.


    3. Refund Issuance: If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • 6. Non-Refundable Services

    The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:


    • Custom website design projects once design drafts are approved.
    • SEO services where optimization work has commenced.
    • Paid advertising campaigns once ads are live and budgets are allocated.
    • Any services where agreed-upon deliverables have been completed.
  • 7. Changes to the Refund Policy

    RDM reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website, and the “Last Updated” date will indicate the latest revision
