Having spent over 7 years on the "other side" working for the carriers and now he brings his inside knowledge to the Public Adjusting arena and works with contractors sharing that knowledge so that they can better serve their clients and get their claims paid faster and what they are actually owed.
Carlos believes bringing in properly documenting and using collaboration so that each expert can bring their expertise to the table to best serve the policyholder and get the maximum payout owed by the insurance companies.
