Josh Ehmke is a Co-Founder of and General Counsel at One Claim Solution. He is a licensed attorney with deep experience in laws, regulations, and policies surrounding property insurance and restoration. Josh is responsible for training and coaching our attorneys and claim advocates who will work with adjusters on your behalf to get your invoices paid. In the rare case a claim is denied or needs legal involvement, Josh will act on your behalf to address the issue with the carrier. Prior to founding One Claim, Josh was General Counsel for a large air-ambulance billing specialist based in Phoenix, Arizona. He graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and received his law degree from the Phoenix School of Law.
